Can the scope cover one discipline rather than all three?
Yes. The proposal identifies the mechanical, electrical, or plumbing services needed for the project. Where several disciplines are involved, it also defines their coordination responsibilities.
What information helps you review existing system capacity?
Available drawings, equipment schedules, load information, and utility records help establish the starting point. We identify additional inputs needed for the requested engineering work.
Can you coordinate new equipment with structural engineering?
Yes. Equipment loads, openings, supports, and anchorage can be coordinated with the structural scope, alongside power, plumbing, ventilation, and access requirements.
Does the scope include permit-review responses?
The proposal identifies the permit documents and review support included. Responses address comments within the agreed engineering scope; changes to the project or additional systems may require a revised scope.
